We ask all returning members to please complete this renewal form; it contains important updates and your submission is essential to capture these changes. 

 

October 31, 2025 is the deadline to both submit the form and pay your dues to keep your membership current. Payment by e-transfer is preferred; the Membership Team will be on hand during the Open House, September and October meetings to help with registration.
