CFUW Perth & District and Lanark County Interval House and Community Support invite you to celebrate the women in your life and join us for an International Women’s Day breakfast!
Marked annually on March 8, IWD is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality. Doors open at 8 a.m. with coffee, buffet breakfast to follow. Then settle in to hear from Michelle Foxton, lawyer, small business owner and community advocate talk about “Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges: Women Leading Change in Lanark-Frontenac”
Our breakfast is open to everyone — let’s gather to acknowledge what has been accomplished as well as the work that still needs to be done to achieve a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.
