Join us at the Perth Legion on Monday, March 23 at 7:00 pm to learn about an exciting new geared-to-income housing project in Perth!
When built this project will result in a new 12-unit, 3-storey building with four units of handicap accessible housing, four units suitable for families and four units suitable for single residents. All units will be Rent Geared to Income.

This project is the product of a grass roots group of individuals coming together to develop a model that can work in Perth and other small communities tackling a housing crisis. Presenter David Kroetsch, Co-Director of Community Housing Initiative Perth, (CHIP), will describe the challenges facing the group, the essential partnerships required as the vision moved to implementation.
The goal of CHIP is to gather members of the Perth community to work together to create new units of safe, affordable, and secure housing for marginalized residents and provide support for these neighbours in their new homes.
This is a hybrid meeting, offered both in person at the Royal Canadian Legion or via ZOOM. If you would like to register for ZOOM, please email us.
