About The Event Shehzad K. Ghani will explore the various pathways newcomers take in coming to Canada and describe the services offered by Local Immigration Partnership – Lanark & Renfrew. Hear the settlement experiences of newcomers in our community. Ask your immigration questions and take a look at Canada’s Citizenship Test. There are currently close to 4160 newcomers living in Lanark County. Shehzad K. Ghani is from the Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) – Lanark & Renfrew. He works with a team of dedicated professionals working with community partners in establishing goals and objectives and delivering on these expectations through activities and events that support newcomers to the region.
